Fulfilling Your Order: We will confirm your order by email. Orders normally ship within two weeks. Contact us immediately, if you wish to modify your order.

Sales Tax: New York State residents must pay sales tax.

Shipping and Handling:
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Applicable shipping charges are based on delivery to a single address.
Please complete shopping cart transaction for each delivery address.

Shipping Charges: FREE GROUND SHIPPING with delivery from 2 - 9 days from shipment.
 

For Faster Shipping in U.S.: Priority Mail and handling for 2 to 3 day delivery from ship date @ $10 and Express Mail and handling for next day delivery @ $22 are available. Please email us at info@fivepearlsstudios.com to see if we can fulfill your request for faster shipping before placing your order and entering a shipment amount to shopping cart.

International Orders: $30.00. International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs, brokers fees, etc. We cannot mark items gifts or sample.

Damaged Goods: If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately. Any delay may jeopardize a claim.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items to us for an exchange or credit as described below, within 14 days of receipt of the item.  The expense for return shipping is the customer's responsibility.  

Items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging, with a copy of the receipt.
 

Insurance is the customers responsibility for all exchanges and returns. We recommend insurance on returned purchases, as no exchange or credit will occur until undamaged merchandise is received by us.

In the case of a return, we will credit the original method of payment used by the customer for the purchase for the amount of the item with applicable tax.

Full payment is due in advance of special orders.  Special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
